Pedestrian zone in Kiel

For a really big shopping trip you can drive to Kiel (25 km away) and stroll through the pedestrian zone. Holstenstraße is one of the oldest pedestrian zones in Germany. At the southern end of Holstenstraße, a pedestrian bridge leads to the Holstentörn shopping center and the Sophienhof (also a shopping center) behind it.
